Changed your mind? Request a full refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment, as long as you haven’t used any credits. If even one credit has been used, this voluntary guarantee no longer applies. Terms below.
How credit use is measured
We look at net credit use from your first subscription payment until your request. Your net use must be exactly zero. A generation that failed and had all of its credits returned automatically does not count. Deleting generations does not change your credit history, which is visible on the Credits page in your account.
What the guarantee covers
Only the first payment of your first NateAI subscription. It does not cover renewals, previous subscribers, later plan changes, credit top-up packs, or accounts that have received a refund before. Where a welcome discount applied, you are refunded the amount you actually paid.
How to request a refund
Contact NateAI support from your account email within 7 calendar days of the payment. Each request is reviewed by hand, so approval is not instant. Once approved, your plan is cancelled, its credits are removed, and the refund goes back to your original payment method through our payment provider. Banks usually take 5–10 business days to show it.
Cancelling
You can cancel anytime from your account. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. Outside the guarantee, payments already made are not refunded except where required by law.
Your legal rights
This guarantee is voluntary and comes in addition to any refund or cancellation rights you have by law. Those rights are not affected.
