Affiliate Program Terms

Eligibility
Only members with an active paid NateAI subscription (Creator, Pro or Studio) can join. If your membership becomes inactive, new referrals stop being attributed to you until you reactivate. Your history is kept.
Commission
You earn 20% of eligible subscription revenue from each customer you refer, for up to 12 months from that customer's first successful paid subscription. NateAI may offer a different rate to selected affiliates in writing.
Eligible revenue
Commission is calculated only on successfully collected subscription payments, excluding taxes. Failed payments, unpaid invoices, refunds and chargebacks are not commissionable, and commissions on refunded or disputed payments are reversed.
Attribution
A referral is attributed to you when a new customer visits through your link and signs up within 60 days. The first valid referral link wins. Existing customers cannot be attributed retroactively.
Prohibited activity
Self-referrals, fake accounts, spam, misleading income claims, bidding on NateAI branded search terms, and impersonating NateAI are not allowed. NateAI may withhold commissions and close accounts involved in abuse.
Payouts
Commissions are reviewed and approved before payout and are paid monthly after approval. NateAI decides how commissions earned before a membership lapse are treated.
Changes
NateAI may update these terms. Continued participation after an update means you accept the new version.
